					<description>You were lucky I am in user tech support and have been for several years. I had a problem with my IP phone service and Internet access I reported the problem complete with a solution replace the router. After two days I was able to get someone on the line that could test the problem and stay at it long enough to find out it was the router. Which was sent to me ground I could get next day at $$ more. The company is not aware of who keeps them in business. 

However it not only applies to telecom it applies to all services no customer service customers are a cost!!!!</description>
